THE BULLETIN
The Bulletin is the official publication of the New York State Psychiatric Association serving the 5,000 New York State members of the American Psychiatric Association. Our mission is to provide timely and relevent information that NYSPA members will find compelling and useful in their professional and personal lives.
The Bulletin is published quarterly, scheduled for March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15. Each issue is received by all 5,000 NYSPA members who belong to a district branch in New York State. The Bulletin is also sent to the leadership of the APA, other district branches across the United States, New York State legislators, medical libraries, and science writers. Total circulation: 5,500.

WRITING FOR THE BULLETIN
The Bulletin welcomes articles and letters that NYSPA member will find timely, relevant, and compelling. Articles should be between 750 and 1500 words (three to five double-spaced manuscript pages) and letters no more than 750 words. All submissions are subject to editing to conform to Bulletin style.
All submissions should be made directly to the Editor-in-Chief and can be submitted electronically to jborenstein@libertymgt.com. Diskettes or hard copies can be mailed for faxed (see "Contact Information" below)
All authors are encourahed to provide a photograph of themselves, or photographs relevant to the content of the article, which will be printed alongside their article.
ADVERTISING IN THE BULLETIN
The Bulletin accepts both classified and dispaly advertisements, as well as the capacity to distribute full-color inserts. More detailed information regarding advertising can be found here.
