Technical Hints and Tips
There are two ways to read PDF files.
1. Download the files to your hard drive, and open the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. View the PDF file within your browser. To do so, Adobe's "PDF Viewer Plug In" must reside in your browser's Plug In Folder.
Unfortunately, neither NYSPA, nor The Bulletin staff can provide technical support with these issues. We suggest that you contact your system administrator/techincal support consultant for help in configuring your system. Please note that the Adobe Acrobat Reader Application and plug-ins are freely available at Adobe's web site, click here to view.
